Carbon black, also known as carbon black, is an amorphous carbon. A light, loose, and fine black powder with a very large specific surface area, which is the product of incomplete combustion or thermal decomposition of organic matter (natural gas, heavy oil, fuel oil, etc.) under insufficient air conditions.
Carbon black is mainly used as a reinforcing agent and filler for rubber, with a consumption of about half of the rubber consumption. Carbon black used in rubber accounts for 94% of the total carbon black, of which about 60% is used in tire manufacturing. In addition, carbon black is also used as a coloring agent for inks, coatings, and plastics, as well as a UV shielding agent for plastic products. It is also an important additive in other products such as electricity, dry batteries, resistors, explosives, cosmetics, and polishing pastes.

Under the action of centrifugal force, carbon black particles scatter towards the periphery of the circle and fall into the raceway of the grinding ring, where they are impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring rollers. After three layers of processing in the raceway, they become carbon black powder. The high-pressure fan sucks in external air through suction and brings the crushed carbon black powder into the powder selection machine.
The rotating impeller inside the powder selector causes the coarse carbon black powder to fall back and grind again, while the fine powder that meets the requirements enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged through the discharge valve at the bottom, which is the final carbon blackSuperfine powderThe airflow with a small amount of fine dust is purified by a pulse dust collector and discharged through a fan and muffler.
